Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's sons was born in Woodland Hills in the year 1956. Her father was a teacher while her mother was a domestic worker. Michael Dennis, Kevin and Dennis are her three elder brothers. At a young age, McCormick enjoyed singing and dance, and she would frequently perform puppet shows for the neighborhood children. When McCormick was six years older, she was crowned an award in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant. McCormick had her first significant task when she was cast in the commercial for television that was broadcast in 1964 of Mattels newest baby doll Baby Pattaburp.
